This privacy policy applies to the WorkoutLog app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by WorkoutLog Studio (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
• Technical information needed to diagnose crashes, errors, and performance issues, such as timestamps, the app screen or operation associated with an error, processing duration, and app version

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you with important information and notices required to provide the service.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including an email address and username. The information requested by the Service Provider will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

The Application also collects workout and fitness records (such as exercise, weight used, repetitions, duration, and notes), subscription purchase and entitlement status, account and app installation identifiers, push notification tokens, and crash and performance diagnostics. The Application does not collect payment card or bank account details.

Third Party Access

The Application may transmit information to external services only to the extent necessary to provide the service, store and synchronize data, manage purchases, deliver notifications, and diagnose errors. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.

When you use team features, your username and workout activity or record information may be visible to team members according to the sharing settings you select.
